Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing global Group with an exciting future ahead. As a key member of the EI Group Finance team, you will help to maintain and develop the financial and cost accounting systems for the Group, liaising closely with colleagues and other stakeholders locally and across subsidiary companies. Actively contributing to the delivery of high-quality, insightful, and timely information is a central success factor in this role. Technical proficiency, strong people skills, and robust IT, data, and systems experience are required skills. Integrity, energy, and a commitment to deliver are essential personal attributes.

Salary

Permanent, full-time, on-site.
Key Deliverables
1. Collecting and analysing data on the company’s operational costs.
2. Monitor variances to standard cost and investigate differences.
3. Drive consistency and standardisation of cost accounting.
4. Carrying out margin analysis.
5. Management, development and maintenance of the financial systems to meet the changing requirements of the organisation, while ensuring the development of procedures for these systems.
6. Review current interfaces and propose solutions to streamline and reduce manual intervention.
7. Performing account reconciliations.
8. Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to management.
9. Support finance projects and process improvements.
10. Liaise with external auditors and other professional advisors, as required.
11. Other, as needed.
The Person
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
2. Relevant hands-on experience.
3. Excellent IT and systems experience; advanced Excel and PowerBI.
4. Excellent analytical and data management skills.
5. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, a good communicator, both written and verbal.
7. A strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
