Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads, sourcing new customer opportunities, and educating potential clients on how our software can improve their business efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
* Learns the product and value add within the first 0-6 months
* Learns the necessary tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
* Identifies and qualifies new customer leads and opportunities through email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools
* Creates targeted prospect lists and personalizes outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts
Long-term Goals
* Continues to build core skills and product/industry knowledge
* Demonstrates mastery of prospecting and business management by meeting or exceeding pipeline goals
* Begins to expand knowledge of Sales and other revenue function duties and responsibilities
* Works with mentors to set goals for consideration of promotion
Requirements
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, and active listening
* Coachability and a team player mentality
* An eye for detail, curious nature, and strong planning skills
* Fluency in English and German language
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical understanding: leveraging technical knowledge to comprehend and articulate the technical aspects of our automation platform
* Product knowledge: developing a deep understanding of our automation software and its applications in the security and IT domains

€44k base salary (OTE €62.8k)
