Your role will be to be part of a highly successful and busy Operations Team and to keep all of our vehicles mobile at all times.
This will include dealing with drivers, maintenance & hire car suppliers, working with internal teams & daily interaction with internal systems to ensure we know the status of our vehicles at all times while in for repair.
Tasks: Work as part of a support teamTask driven to get resultsDeal with suppliers & drivers via phone and emailManage vehicles we have on hire by keeping systems up to dateDaily update of internal systemsEnsure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimumAccurately communicate and update drivers where requiredKnowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous working experience in an office environment and dealing with queries is an advantageComputer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (i.e.
Word, Excel)Be able to build relationships with Suppliers and customersPragmatic decision-makerHigh customer satisfaction driveGood telephone communicator with both suppliers and customersHigh achievement & drive with a proven ability to deliver results.
