Your role will be to be part of a highly successful and busy Operations Team and to keep all of our vehicles mobile at all times. This will include dealing with drivers, maintenance & hire car suppliers, working with internal teams & daily interaction with internal systems to ensure we know the status of our vehicles at all times while in for repair.
Tasks:
1. Work as part of a support team
2. Task driven to get results
3. Deal with suppliers & drivers via phone and email
4. Manage vehicles we have on hire by keeping systems up to date
5. Daily update of internal systems
6. Ensure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum
7. Accurately communicate and update drivers where required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Previous working experience in an office environment and dealing with queries is an advantage
2. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (i.e. Word, Excel)
3. Be able to build relationships with Suppliers and customers
4. Pragmatic decision-maker
5. High customer satisfaction drive
6. Good telephone communicator with both suppliers and customers
7. High achievement & drive with a proven ability to deliver results, showing professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm
8. Team player who actively participates in shared objectives and has an enthusiasm and commitment to work towards team goals
