We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Administrator to support our clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll on various schedules, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll and general office administration
* Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
* Prepare and file P30's and P45's on the Revenue Online System
* Client communication via phone
* Provide guidance on PRSI and basic tax issues related to payroll
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing
* High level of organization with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Qualifications such as IPASS payroll Management or similar certification
This is an initial 3-month contract covering sick leave, with a strong possibility of extension, working approximately 30 hours per week. Salary will be open to negotiation based on experience.
