Learn how our zero-trust and zero-knowledge solutions defend against cyber threats at KeeperSecurity.com.About the JobThe Data Privacy Manager will report to the General Counsel, serving as the owner of all privacy matters and leading the organization's related initiatives, policies, procedures and practices.Responsibilities Ensure compliance with international, national, state, and local privacy laws and regulations Support the General Counsel in his role as Data Protection Officer (DPO) including all related responsibilities as mandated under GDPR and similar frameworks Monitor changes to privacy laws and regulations Respond to requests and inquiries related to privacy and data handling Manage, monitor and negotiate privacy related commercial terms (e.g. Data Protection Agreements) with vendors and customers Manage ongoing third-party privacy audits and related tools for privacy certifications Write and maintain privacy related policies Create and deliver privacy awareness and training campaigns for employees Manage privacy business processes, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) Support and collaborate with other departments (e.g. HR, Engineering, Security & Compliance, Marketing) as needed to ensure ongoing compliance with laws and regulations related to privacy, notices, consents, data use, localisation and protection Requirements 5+ years experience in a data privacy manager or analyst role Extensive knowledge and experience with GDPR (others, APPI, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA a plus) CIPP/E certification preferred, CIPP/US certification, others a plus Effective at driving multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organisational levels Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise Benefits Onsite lunches Private healthcare (no wait period) Pension contribution (no wait period) Sick Pay Bike-to-Work Scheme (if local) Above Market annual Bonuses Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
