Inside Sales Representative - German Speaker
Your opportunity: Are you an individual passionate about guiding customers through innovative technology solutions? Do you thrive in the dynamic realm of cloud computing and software development? As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting engineers and development teams in optimizing their software and enhancing the digital landscape through Observability. We seek a candidate with a nuanced combination of customer-centric finesse and strategic sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a substantial customer base and concentrate on converting them to our premium subscription plans.
2. Manage to accelerate entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, evaluation to closure.
3. Swiftly pinpoint challenges faced by prospective customers and recommend New Relic as Observability platform tailored to their business needs.
4. Consistently exceed new business acquisition targets, operating at or above quota levels.
5. Foster meaningful connections with prospects and internal stakeholders to expand our footprint and close new business deals within small and mid-sized companies.
6. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of New Relic's mission by contributing your unique perspectives, innovative ideas, and valuable skills.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in technology sales, building sales pipeline through prospecting new customers (experience in SaaS sales preferred).
2. Effective and excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with a diverse customer portfolio and articulate product value propositions clearly.
3. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing sales environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meet customer demands.
4. Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize a large number of customer interactions, ensuring each customer receives the necessary attention.
5. Ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges inherent in high-volume sales environments, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude.
6. Fluency in German.
Bonus Points:
1. Experience in SaaS sales.
2. Technical background in engineering, software development.
3. Knowledge background in Observability, Cloud, and/or Digital Transformation.
4. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of Message, MEDDPICC.
