Inventory Controller Role Summary:
This role is part of the Stock Management & Control Team responsible for managing all inventory across public and private hospitals served by Tekno Surgical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all stock, investigating variances, stock rotation, and generating reports to support decision making and KPIs in line with company processes and SOPs.

Purpose of Role:
The Inventory Controller plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of medical technologies and solutions.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular stock counts across hospital locations and reconciling discrepancies.
* Maintaining accurate data on all stock and investigating any discrepancies.
* Collecting, interpreting, and analysing data to inform inventory management decisions.
* Rotating short-dated stock to higher usage accounts to maximise shelf life.
* Supporting the removal of expired stock from accounts to maintain compliance with regulations.
* Monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking and optimise inventory turnover.
* Producing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory management effectiveness.
* Supporting the implementation of hospital consignment agreements to streamline inventory management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, and analyse data.
* Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Office, with intermediate excel skills required.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Dedicated customer service attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
* Strong commitment to continuous improvement, with ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
* Minimum 2 years ERP transactions processing experience, preferably with NAV experience.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, as required.
