Job Title: CSRD Reporting Analyst

Role Overview:
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) means that large companies, such as Musgrave, must publicly disclose information on how it engages with environmental and social issues, human rights, and governance factors. For the first time, sustainability reporting will be mainstreamed and put on an equal footing with traditional financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the collection of base CSRD reporting metrics from various business units/locations.
* Support Sustainability teams around the business in implementing 'Growing Sustainably Everyday' KPIs and targets.
* Analyse and assess performance against metrics, identify trends, gaps in data collection, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and prepare relevant reporting to stakeholders on key CSRD and Sustainability strategy metrics and targets.
* Support the selection of technology solutions and work with IT to understand data collection and reporting requirements.
* Update relevant policies and develop new policies as required.
* Support acquisition due-diligence to ensure new acquisitions are aligned to data requirements.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2+ years post qualification experience.
* Interest in sustainability.
* Good understanding of data and systems.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Self-starter with willingness to learn and develop new ways of working/processes.
* Attention to detail with strong financial and analytical skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to agreed deadlines.
