We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-established kitchen in County Meath.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to grow within a structured and supportive culinary team.Key Responsibilities: Manage and run your assigned section of the kitchen efficiently Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards Work closely with the Senior CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in line with HACCP regulations Assist in daily prep and contribute to menu development Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays HACCP certification is a plus What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of €18 Full-time hours with opportunities for growth Friendly and professional kitchen environment Work in a respected and busy hospitality venue in Co.
