About The Role
We’re looking for a Production Executive to join our creative production team. While we work within the event space, this role is primarily focused on the design and production of permanent branded spaces—from brand homes to commercial fit-outs. However, there will also be opportunities to support major event builds, giving you exposure to some of the biggest activations in the country (approximately 10% of the role).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in creative production, with hands-on experience in project logistics, supplier coordination, and production management.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting in permanent brand home and commercial fit-out projects, including supplier coordination, material tracking, and scheduling.
* Assisting senior producers by handling administrative tasks, budgeting, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly.
* Supporting wider agency teams on complex festival and event builds when required.
* Visiting sites and working with suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
* Helping prepare presentations, proposals, and production timelines.
* Ensuring databases, templates, and internal documentation are kept up to date.
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
* A structured role that focuses on long-term production projects rather than short-term event logistics.
* An opportunity to develop key project management and logistics skills in the creative production industry.
* A chance to contribute to high-profile festival activations—but as a small part of a much larger focus.
* Not an on-the-ground build role—though you’ll visit sites, your primary job is behind-the-scenes coordination.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years of experience in event production, creative production, or project coordination.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and manage project logistics efficiently.
* Comfortable working with suppliers, budgets, and schedules.
* Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Interest in design, production, and the creative industries.
