Full -Time BIM Technician We are seeking an experienced BIM professional with a strong background in coordinating and modelling MEP services, and who has a proven track record of working well within a team.
Candidates will ideally have 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with 2-3 years of MEP BIM experience.
Junior/graduate MEP BIM professionals with demonstrable drive to pursue a career in BIM will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly experienced BIM engineers, technicians, and coordinators.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to carry out the following duties and responsibilities on assigned projects, as well as satisfying the requirements the follow: Duties and Responsibilities Produce MEP models from base information using the relevant BIM software P&IDs, Scan of facility and point cloud data.
Set up MEP BIM models in compliance with the companys standard operating procedures.
Develop MEP BIM models throughout construction to include G.A.
drawings, plans and sections as required.
Coordinate MEP models with the models of other trades.
Work alongside the site team and engineers to complete and incorporate as-built mark-ups for handover of the Project Information Model (PIM).
Assign asset information to models for handover of the Asset Information Model (AIM).
Read, interpret, and understand the relationship between project-specific BIM documentation (e.g.
BEP, TIDP, EIR, responsibility matrix, etc.)
Understand the ISO 19650 delivery process and how CJK fits into the process on assigned projects.
Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through use of existing tools and automation.
Other ad hoc duties as required to assist in the development of the companys BIM offering.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a subject related to the construction industry.
A recognised qualification in Building Information Modelling.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering/construction industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in MEP BIM.
Full, clean drivers license (beneficial but not essential).
Software:
Revit.
Navisworks Manage.
AutoCAD.
CADWorx.
Microsoft Office.
Plant 3D - (beneficial but not essential).
Dynamo - (beneficial but not essential).
Experience in managing and administering a common data environment (CDE) such as Procore, Dalux, V4P, ACC, etc.
