Service Manager Role at Vantage Ireland
We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team, combining service management and stock control for seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily service, fitting, and warranty operations.
* Lead and manage a team of technical engineers.
* Serve as the first point of contact for support cases, solving issues over the phone or remotely before delegating.
* Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
* Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
* Develop and implement service procedures and policies.
* Conduct regular team meetings to review support cases.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
* Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
Stock Management Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage inventory levels.
* Coordinate stock orders and deliveries.
* Perform regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
* Implement strategies for efficient stock management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in service management.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in inventory management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
