Job Role: The Team Leader will manage the provision of direct services to clients and their families who are referred to the programme. You will manage a team of direct service staff (Advocates) and ensure that all clients receive an appropriate and high-quality service.
Successful Candidates will have:
1. Degree in Social Care or a similar field
2. At least 3 years of direct work with children and at least 2 years’ experience of managing and supervising staff/volunteers in the social care sector.
3. Full Clean Driver’s Licence and access to own transport.
