The Role
As an Entertainment & PR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting an exciting list of TV & digital talent. You will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, provide operational support, and liaise with clients & production companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative & logistical support to talent agents and managers, assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, and logistics for talent.
* Assist with identifying new talent, researching potential clients, and staying updated on industry trends across digital, TV & entertainment.
* Help prepare and organize contracts, legal documents, and other essential materials for talent engagements.
* Coordinate appearances, photoshoots, events, and public engagements for clients.
* Respond to incoming enquiries.
* Assist with brand partnerships - negotiating and securing brand collaborations on behalf of talent.
* Liaise with TV production companies, media owners, and PR & influencer agencies.
Who They're Looking For:
* At least 1 year experience working with talent & celebrities - e.g. entertainment PR, talent agency or production runner.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
