Document Controller - Dublin 15 - €60K package
Our client is a construction contractor was founded in July 2024 by a residential developer to design and build apartment projects. The experienced management team has successfully completed large-scale residential developments, including a 247-unit rental project and a 200-apartment complex in the city centre.
The Document Controller is a key member of the site management team, providing administrative and project management support while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager with project oversight, including meeting coordination, progress reporting, and staff scheduling.
* Serving as the primary contact for site visitors and handling inquiries on behalf of management.
* Coordinating with suppliers for material orders and equipment hire, reconciling delivery records and invoices.
* Supporting the logistics team in scheduling and managing material deliveries.
* Maintaining plant and equipment registers, including certifications.
* Tracking materials testing on-site and coordinating with testing laboratories.
* Managing the document control system for efficient data organization.
* Developing and updating project document templates, including permits and checklists.
* Assisting in tracking Requests for Information (RFI) and submittals, including dashboard reporting.
* Supporting the Safety Officer with site inductions, training records, and access control.
* Ensuring adequate supplies of PPE, office stationery, and other necessary site resources.
* Keeping the site bulletin board updated and managing the daily meeting board.
* Assisting in coordinating snag lists and managing the call backs register.
* Supporting the project handover process, including preparing documentation, key registers, and compliance paperwork.
Key skills required:
* 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within the construction sector.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
