Reporting to the People & Culture Manager - Ireland, the successful candidate will gain hands-on HR experience in an industry where our innovations make a real difference to healthcare providers and their patients. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practice and recruitment experience. The right person will be organised, efficient and have great attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have ambition, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of our People & Culture Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations of the P&C function. Assist with the design and implementation of new process and policy. Collaborate with P&C teams in UK, India, Australia & New Zealand. Mentor other members of the P&C team. Assist People & Culture Manager with monthly payroll for business units in Ireland & UK. Drive end-end recruitment, particularly senior/technical roles. Roll-out engagement surveys to measure and increase employee engagement. Roll-out end of year and mid-year performance reviews. Collect people data and create people reports for the People & Culture Manager. Create initiatives to enhance company culture & employee wellbeing. Promote learning and development opportunities. Onboard/ offboard new hires. Manage disciplinaries and grievances. Provide advice on compensation, benefits and leave entitlements. Keep up to date with employment law and changes to legislation. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes: Third Level HR qualification or equivalent. 4+ years in a similar role. CIPD membership is desirable. Thorough knowledge of best practice and employment legislation. Experience with managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance processes. Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential. Excellent IT skills - intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential. Experience with payroll is an advantage. Database management/HRIS experience is an advantage. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information using discretion and confidentiality. Will work well within a team environment and use own initiative. A go-getter with a keen interest in people & culture.
