Key Responsibilities
* Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
* Perform routine server hardware repairs, including drives and motherboards.
* Carry out network, server hardware, and OS-related repairs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete routine work.
* Engage with Smart Hands in EU Regional POPs.
* Maintain adherence to security and safety best practices within the data center.
* Participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
* Contribute to team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
* Develop documentation for global use.
* Create process improvements relevant to the data center environment.
* Perform server upgrades, rebuilds, and scheduled works as required.
* Interact with third-party vendors and contractors.
* Support the development of other team members.

Basic Qualifications
* High school or equivalent diploma.
* Experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
* Background in networking.
