Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Irish business, a subsidiary of a large financial services provider. This newly created role will involve managing the day-to-day accounting and supporting the CEO across all areas of finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable, including credit control and invoice issuance
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and handle queries
* Perform bank reconciliations and monthly cash management
* Prepare financial reports and submit group reports to headquarters
* Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
* At least 2 years' general accounts experience
* Accounting Technician qualification preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Proactive problem-solving skills and high level of accuracy
