About Your New Employer
Working with leaders in food service solutions across Ireland who are looking for a Sales Key Account Executive in the West and South of the country. The successful candidate must be a relationship builder and also develop new leads in the regions, along with supporting wholesale partner.
This is a field based role - 3 -4 days on the road + 1-2 days WFH
About Your New Role as a Key Account Sales Executive:
- Manage Key Customers: Maintain existing customer relationships, manage price files, promotional activity, generate and process orders, negotiate and maintain partnerships
- New Business: Research potential customers, cold call, and network to build new opportunities.
- Market Strategist: Identify the best route to market to meet customer’s needs.
- Planning: Create and follow a journey plan to ensure ongoing customer engagement.
- Market Expert: Understand market pricing and proactively win market share through strategic sales.
- New Opportunities: Work closely with existing sales teams to capture every opportunity across our diverse product and service portfolio.
- Wholesale Support: Partner with local wholesalers, support their sales teams, and generate transfer orders.
- New Trends: Gather and analyse market data to stay ahead of current trends.
Requirements
• Previous FMCG /Food Services Sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional demeanour and ability to articulate well to a varied customer base.
• Organised, thorough, and always seeking continuous improvement.
• Results focused, with a can-do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Full, unrestricted driving licence.
