The Assistant Board Secretary/Co Sec role at The Land Development Agency involves providing strategic support to the Board in matters relating to governance and legal compliance. This includes facilitating efficient administration of the Board and its Committees.
The ideal candidate will ensure statutory obligations are met for LDA group companies, coordinate agenda preparation and minutes, and maintain statutory books. This permanent position is responsible for co-ordinating filings, annual returns, accounts, and other regulatory requirements with the Companies Registration Office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic support to the Board on governance and legal compliance
* Ensuring statutory Co Sec obligations are complied with for LDA group companies
* Coordinating the preparation of agendas and preparatory papers, minutes, etc.
* Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, shareholders, etc.
* Coordinating statutory and regulatory filings, annual returns, accounts, etc. in the CRO
