His tourism industry leader has a fantastic development opportunity for an HR Business Partner. This role will assist in overall HR management from recruitment and selection through to on-boarding, performance management, talent management, compliance and employee relations. Key responsibilities within this role include: Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff by providing high level management and development support Working alongside the Human Resources Director to deliver key HR initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement Responsible for delivery HR initiatives, including resourcing, talent management, employee benefits, employee relations, etc Work in conjunction with finance to deliver accurate payroll information and ensure successful onboarding for all employees The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in HR management within the hospitality/tourism industries, demonstrating: Solid understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations Understanding of and commitment to best practice Ability to work as part of a team, manage differences and negotiate effectively Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization Strong admin and IT skills with excellent attention to detail This role with suit an approachable, proactive and people solution orientated HR professional.
