We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our roofing company. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, support the sales team, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
3. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails, and addressing inquiries.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
5. Financial Tasks: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
6. Communication: Coordinate communication between office staff, sales team, and customers to ensure timely updates and information flow.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related administrative role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
