Deputy General Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.
Main Responsibilities:
* To report to the General Manager and assist in managing a busy bar and restaurant, catering for weddings and events, as well as everyday operations.
* To lead a large team overseeing different departments within the business.
Requirements:
* 2-3 Years of Deputy General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant preferred.
* Excellent leadership, management, organisational, communication, and time management skills essential.
* Hands-on manager role ensuring smooth operation of daily service.
* Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure high-quality products and ingredients.
* Open to generating new ideas and concepts for revenue streams.
* Flexible working hours including late nights, afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays.
