Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
* Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals to win new projects and contracts.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Negotiation and Communication: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor business development activities, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in business development within the Substation, Grid Connection, or Power Construction industry.
