The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact at Barespace
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how new salons experience Barespace. From their first login to mastering the platform, you’ll be their go-to guide, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and ready to make the most of our software.
This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires strong organisation, time management, and project management skills. You’ll be setting and tracking KPIs to measure success, and working closely with internal teams to improve our onboarding process.
What You’ll Do:
* Product Implementation: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they successfully adopt Barespace from day one.
* Training & Consultation: Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions tailored to each salon’s needs.
* Project Management: Oversee multiple client onboardings at different stages, ensuring timely and smooth transitions.
* Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for new salons during their first month, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to refine the onboarding experience and contribute to product improvements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, training, or account management).
* Full driving license and own transport – travel to client sites is a key part of the role.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills – you’ll be juggling multiple onboarding projects.
* Strong communication skills – the ability to explain our software in a simple and engaging way.
* Project management experience is highly desirable.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
