About Us:
The Address Collective is a prestigious group of five distinctive hotels, each offering a unique blend of luxury, service, and hospitality. As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a skilled and driven Procurement/Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement strategy, streamline purchasing operations, and build strong supplier relationships across our hotel group.
The Role:
As the Procurement/Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless acquisition of goods and services for all five hotels in the group. You’ll be responsible for driving value, improving procurement processes, and ensuring compliance through the use of Procure Wizard, our procurement platform. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, our central office, and travel between hotel sites when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage end-to-end purchasing operations across the group using Procure Wizard
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery standards
* Work closely with hotel GMs, chefs, and department heads to forecast needs and ensure timely ordering
* Monitor budgets, analyze spend, and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and sustainability standards
* Negotiate contracts and review supplier performance regularly
* Train and support hotel-based teams on procurement procedures and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in procurement or purchasing management, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment
* Proficiency in Procure Wizard (required)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
* Flexibility to travel occasionally between hotel locations
* A proactive, solution-oriented attitude
