Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Carlow and the surrounding region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
5. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
7. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
8. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Full, clean driving license with a willingness to travel within the region.
