We have an opportunity for an Online Operations Executive to join the Online team.
This role sits within the SuperValu eCommerce Team.
The Online Operations team are responsible for driving the optimum online shopping experience for retailers and their customers.
Reporting to the Online Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for but are not limited to:
Offering our retail partners an exceptional level of service at all times and supporting them to drive sales as well as maintaining day to day demands and requirements (offering slots and service for customers)Liaising with stores to improve operations to drive profitability/efficiency, as well as furnishing stores with regular insight from operational KPIs such as Sales and NPSMonitoring sales performance to identify and highlight improvements that may be made to further grow the Online Shopping businessWorking with wider Online Team/associated teams (marketing/Digital Ops, etc) on key customer improvement projectsContributing to the roll out of new fulfilment initiativesOngoing inbound query and issue management (helpdesk calls) and close out via Servicenow, Fexco & RSCThe ideal candidate will have/be:The successful candidate will possess the following: Relevant experience gained within a retail/operations environmentPrevious experience of working with RetailersSelf-starter with strong project management skills.Good problem solving mindset and ability to work on own initiative when requiredAbility to compile gathered data into clear, structured reports, and present (via Powerpoint/Teams), with a good working knowledge of Word/ExcelGood team playerCommercial acumen and comfortable working with, and driving, Key Performance Indicators as set by the Online Team.Up-to-date knowledge of key trends within online grocery marketComfortable working with technology systemsExcellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.This is a 12 month contract.
