Project Manager
You will oversee the design, installation, and delivery of projects, managing site personnel, scheduling, resourcing, and budgeting while ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or electrical trade background.
* At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced construction environment with in-depth knowledge of the Electrical and Construction industry.
* Proven leadership capabilities with commercial and financial awareness.
* Excellent people management skills with exceptional customer service.
* Strong understanding of financial and budgetary control.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects from concept to completion, defining technical requirements.
2. Create project plans, including timelines, costs, and resources.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
4. Manage client concerns and ensure thorough resolution.
5. Lead, develop, and retain staff for efficient service delivery.
6. Plan resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
7. Manage procurement process for electrical projects.
8. Drive teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
9. Coordinate contracted personnel and third-party activities.
10. Manage staffing requirements and notify HR of absences.
11. Maintain records and provide progress updates.
12. E nsure Company systems are implemented correctly.
13. Ensure projects meet quality, Health and Safety standards, and client satisfaction.
