Job Title: Marketing & Communications Manager
About the Role:
American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is a leading global insurance organization with a 100-year legacy of working to make the world a better place. We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in financial services. They will be responsible for managing commercial marketing, including 'Right To Win'/Why AIG Value Proposition & Industry Positioning. This includes managing AIG exposure through Broker Magazine, Broker Ireland partnership, Press and Other Media Outlets, as well as managing AIG events, product launches, and innovation events.
The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise at all levels. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues outside of their function and have high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Commercial Marketing, including 'Right To Win'/Why AIG Value Proposition & Industry Positioning
• Manage AIG exposure through Broker Magazine, Broker Ireland partnership, Press and Other Media Outlets
• Manage AIG events, product launches, and innovation events
• Develop and implement long-term and strategic marketing plans that align with product and organizational strategic business goals
• Manage campaign execution and roll-out, including overseeing collateral design, digital, and events strategies
• Collaborate and support with Consumer Marketing colleagues
• Ad hoc projects for GM, including supporting any government affairs

Salary: Estimated €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
