Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join one of our well-established clients in County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store management.
* Supervise, train, and motivate the store team to follow company policies and procedures.
* Maintain high store standards, cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly for a positive shopping experience.
* Monitor stock levels and work with the inventory team to ensure shelves remain stocked and organized.
* Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales figures, staffing levels, and operational issues.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
* Experience in a grocery store or similar setting is advantageous.
* Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
* Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
