An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join a tech multinational company at the forefront of digital innovation. This role will be based in Ireland and will support coordination for integrated marketing customer-facing activities in the Western Europe area.

Function of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. You will also be required to contribute to report and analyse customer marketing metrics, assist with the creation of reports and analyses of marketing activities delivery and spend, as well as customer engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners.
Responsibilities
5. Assists in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. Coordinates with local teams, including IMMs (Integrated Marketing Managers), GTM (Go-To-Market Managers), Business Operations and Marketing Coordinators.
6. Contributes to report and analyze customer marketing metrics, assist with the creation of reports and analyses of marketing activities delivery and spend, as well as customer engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners.
7. Assists with orchestrating and completing work needed across area and local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings, based on CMO Leadership Team directions. Including Calendar management, communication channels management and travel arrangements coordination.
Must Have Skills
8. Minimum 2 years of full experience in similar role required.
9. Marketing Strategy and Planning: The ability to assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business outcomes is crucial. This involves understanding marketing principles, target audiences, and strategic planning.
10. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analysing customer marketing metrics, creating reports, and interpreting data to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. This includes familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
11. Project and Event Coordination: Skills in coordinating and managing various marketing projects and events, including handling logistics, calendar management, and communication channels. This also involves working with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
