Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + benefits & bonus
Location: Dublin City West (20-30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week (hours 8am-4.30pm + 9am-5.30pm)
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours onsite.
We are seeking a customer service executive to join our team at a global service client based in Dublin City West. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large international company.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact.
* Achieve agreed performance levels including any call management measures.
* E nsure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Carry out general administration duties daily.
* Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Strong customer service, call centre and administration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise.
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT proficient.
* Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop.
* Flexibility.
* Strong attention to detail.
