About Your New Job as an Office Manager
As Office Manager, you will:
* Coordinate day-to-day office operations (supplies, scheduling, facilities)
* Process monthly payroll (currently outsourced) and liaise with payroll provider
* Handle accounts admin: pay vendors, track invoices and support monthly bookkeeping
* Support onboarding, equipment management and general office communication
* Provide PA-level assistance to the Finance Director as needed
* Take initiative in implementing internal systems and improving workflows
What You Need
To apply, you’ll need:
* 4+ years’ experience in an office management job or similar (ideally in a small business or start-up)
* Practical payroll and accounts admin experience
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working without a set playbook and helping to build processes from scratch
