Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain data-driven KPIs that support the organisation's financial goals.
* Develop financial models for customer performance/sales analysis.
* Collaborate with key departments such as HR, IT, and Operations to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for the CFO and Board.
* Take a proactive approach to ongoing process improvement, ensuring financial processes and reporting reflect changing needs.
* Track operational metrics regularly and provide business recommendations to management.
* Conduct variance analysis of current and past financial information to identify trends and insights.
* Proactively improve processes to meet evolving needs.
* Develop financial models to forecast business outcomes.
* Mentor team members on new processes and controls.
* Provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
Key Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with 0-2 years PQE.
* 'Big 4' experience or large PLC environment background is desirable.
* NetSuite Oracle knowledge is advantageous.
* Data insights and high proficiency in Excel are distinct advantages.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
