Customer Service Representative required with 3 plus years experience in customer service and sales. Experience in Med Tech would be an advantage and a background dealing with corporate clients. Co Galway.
Responsibilities:
* The successful applicant will provide an excellent service to key account holders, providing extensive contract knowledge, account information, sales support, and addressing customer queries/complaints.
* Responsibilities will also include attention to order processing and follow-up to ensure that we meet customer delivery requirements and provide technical advice on products and services.
* Maintain working relationships with existing key accounts to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
* Research of Products.
* Preparation of quotations to customers, including appropriate follow-up on outstanding quotations to secure orders.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Management, or other relevant industry field; Med Tech industry preferred.
* 3 plus years sales and customer service experience working with corporate clients, ideally in the Med Tech industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Customer care and excellent communication skills are essential.
* Flexible, self-motivated, and engaging with exceptional sales skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Ability to learn new systems and procedures.
* Excellent organizational/time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
* Ability to handle challenging conversations.
* Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers' needs.
* Can work within a team environment but have the ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong system skills and be efficient in Excel.
