Job Summary
The Team Leader will assist the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality, client-focused residential service. They will have a key role in managing and planning entry and exit processes while supporting clients with physical and sensory disabilities in a person-centered respite service.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and ensure HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards are maintained while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service.
* Manage day-to-day service delivery for all clients.
* Provide support to staff within the service, including maintaining staff rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans, and communication across various shifts.
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Service Manager.
Requirements
* A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
* Ability to develop and maintain support/care plans and provide required support and care to clients on an individual, person-centered basis.
* Experience working with clients who have physical and sensory disabilities and ability to maintain a high standard of care in line with RehabCare's policy and procedures.
* 2 years' experience of management and supervising both individuals and teams.
