Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner to join an established, fast-paced HR team within a large multinational.
You will support a global group and work closely with the senior leadership group, reporting directly to the VP HRBP.
Overview of Role:
* Be the primary HRBP for assigned functions, maintaining regular communication and collaboration via regular 1-1s, leadership meetings, and functional team meetings.
* Partner with business leadership to drive change and deliver shared organizational objectives.
* Use market intelligence and industry knowledge to develop and implement tailored plans to support business strategy goals in areas such as Talent Development, Leadership, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organizational Design, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, and People Leader Capabilities.
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives aligned with company and organizational unit goals and objectives.
* Design and implement HR systems and processes that support strategic business aims.
* Provide coaching and consulting to organizational unit leadership teams to support overall objectives and foster engagement of core values at all levels.
* Develop a strong foundation of training, development, and succession planning to ensure key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for organizational stability and employee growth opportunities.
Desired Experience:
* Experience within the Pharmaceutical environment is preferred, including significant experience in leading and managing large functional deliveries.
* Excellent leadership skills developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in a global environment.
* Proven experience in strategic HR program delivery, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
* The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions, and make decisions creating successful outcomes for stakeholders.
