Responsibilities:
* Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to clients while adhering to current policies, procedures, and SLAs.
* Actively manage and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients through each interaction.
* Take responsibility for managing your workload and diary in accordance with company protocols.
* Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and email to create bespoke employment documentation in line with company policies and procedures. Face-to-face meetings may be required as needed.
* Record work through internal systems.
* Produce daily and weekly reports as required.
* Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, supporting the training and development of others, and valuing and utilizing the different skills and expertise of colleagues.
* Continuously update your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the services offered by the company and confidently discuss these services with clients, making appropriate recommendations.
* Undertake or provide support for any bespoke projects as requested by management.
* Attend training and team meetings as required, including those that may take place outside normal working hours or days.
* Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the company.
