Job Description
We are seeking a temporary Draught Beer Technician to assist our team on specific projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, install, withdraw, and maintain Diageo dispense equipment.
* Perform dispense line hygiene procedures according to a scheduled journey plan.
* Maintain focus on the 7Cs Guinness Quality Standards for every call in the defined territory.
* Accurately record Diageo Ireland assets in trade.
* Track and report product quality.
* Carry out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
* Assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required.
* Complete tap resites when required.
* Install and withdraw dispense equipment, including permanent and temporary equipment when required.
* Complete all tasks to company standards and within all specified SLA's.
* Operate in an effective, efficient, and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and our client Diageo.
* Work within industry health and safety standards.
* Generate new ideas and ways of working.
* Consistently strive to reach the highest standards of performance for customers.
* Ensure effective and efficient operation to complete all tasks.
* Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
Requirements:
* Full driving license is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships.
* Demonstrate clear ability to manage clients and customers professionally.
* Knowledge of beer dispense systems and equipment is desirable.
* Knowledge of beer dispense fault finding is desirable.
* Target-driven with proven record of achieving KPIs.
* Organised and able to manage host of priorities.
* Excellent commercial awareness.
* Energetic and enthusiastic.
* Previous electrical or plumbing experience is desirable.
* Experience diagnosing faults.
* Comfortable using iPad and iPad apps for reporting purposes.
* Awareness of health and safety and PPE in the workplace.
Qualifications:
* Education to Leaving Certificate.
* Qualification in a trade is desirable.
