About the Role:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
* Manage a busy switchboard with high call volumes.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to perform various administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable reception area and assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
