Introduction
Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. The CS EU EUV UIR team performs Upgrades, Installs, and Relocations in Europe for our EUV customers. This team has recently moved to Europe from CS EUV Central to support our EUV Europe customers effectively. We mainly have engineering and generalist roles, and we are setting up the full organization.
The SAP Coordinator ensures material and tool management for maintenance and continuous improvement. This role will be part of the local engineering team for synergy. As a team with very experienced and highly motivated engineers, we are making a start in this new organization and aiming for success.
Role and Responsibilities
The SAP Coordinator is responsible for:
1. Material Preparation:
o Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for installations, upgrades, and Field Change Orders (FCO).
o Based on the daily plan of works, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time and place.
2. Material Management (collaboration with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team):
o Work with SCM Team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled according to the planning.
o Collaborate with SCM logistics team to manage the timely return of materials to the laydown work area.
o Work with SCM Material quality team to guarantee the quality of critical part packing to prevent further damage or contamination.
o Manage all allocated part and tools inventory status and focus on creating a proper Material usage/return plan with machine owners.
o Manage expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools.
o Coordinate with other ASML sectors to ensure proper communication, resource sharing, and assistance when needed.
3. System Management in SAP & SMS (ASML system):
o Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list to maintain a correct configuration of the system in SAP.
o Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
o During material confirmation on SAP-SMS, manage Service Orders’ aging status with Service Coordinators.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in the semiconductor field or as a logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of logistics processes, service order processes, SAP, and planning is a plus.

Other Information
Travel is estimated at up to 60%. This percentage can be revisited in mutual agreement. Main locations for travel are currently Belgium, potentially Israel and Germany, and other sites worldwide. Ability to obtain a proper visa is required.
