Our fantastic Commercial Team in Ireland is looking for a highly qualified National Account Executive to drive commercial support within the Irish team!
This vital role is responsible for driving internal reporting and processes, as well as supporting with the management of accounts within the Grocery, Convenience and Wholesale channel throughout Ireland.
Through design of their own reports & analysis of customer data and internal data, recommend improvements to product range, distribution and service levels, preparing and submitting reports and potential recommendations to the Business on forecasting.
In this role, you will have those principal accountabilities:
* Ireland customer promotional submissions & maintenance
* Maintaining customer portals for NPD, price changes & promotional set ups inc New Line forms
* Customer AOP & promotional plan building & maintenance (pricing, volume & to Net Revenue)
* Accrual balance tracking retro & off invoice
* RGM updates
* Building of & maintaining sales trackers for tracking weekly customer performance in conjunction with any reports from the Finance team.
* Weekly sales analysis & business performance to subcategory level reporting to wider team & Ireland Sales Controller
* All forecasting & volume updates including NPD & run rate analysis with supply
* NR, MC, NR/L all commercial account analysis including pricing & promo profitability analysis
* Maintain Dunnes delivery tracker
* Customer range changes/supply product change updates
* Period P&L Summary review for FP&A/Finance and NAMs
* Cover/point of contact for NAMs in their absence
* SAP updates & reporting (Fiori/S4 & TPM)
* Cross functional working with wider UK teams
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
Skills & Qualifications required to be successful for this role:
* Previous National Account Executive experience
* Skilled on Excel, Teams and other Microsoft apps
* SAP experience
* Financial planning awareness (Gross Revenue, Net Revenue & Margin Contribution/Gross profit)
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills required.
The position is remote based with occasional travel required for team meetings.
