Job Title: HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client, a renowned US manufacturing multinational based in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified HR candidate to develop their career in a HR role with both local and global focus.
The Job:
As a key member of the global HR group, you will report directly to the HR Director and provide full HR support to employees and management teams in Limerick. Your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with IR & ER departments and resolving employee queries
* Coordinating training and development initiatives
* Leading recruitment efforts for internal moves and external hiring
* Managing HRIS and payroll data reporting
* Assisting in the implementation of HR changes and new processes
* Serving as a HR partner to operations management and senior colleagues
Your Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd-level degree in a HR or related discipline
* At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a large corporate or multinational environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to multi-task
* Strong IT skills
