Yoga and Pilates Fitness Instructor Needed
Job Type: Part-time (minimum 2 classes per week)
Compensation: €25 per class
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to lead Yoga and Pilates classes twice a week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, experience in instructing both Yoga and Pilates, and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment for participants of all skill levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging and effective Yoga and Pilates classes, ensuring all participants have a positive and safe experience.
2. Develop and follow structured class plans, including warm-ups, exercises, and cool-downs.
3. Demonstrate proper technique and posture alignment to prevent injuries.
4. Provide modifications for different skill levels, ensuring each participant can follow along comfortably.
5. Motivate and encourage participants to reach their fitness goals.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workout area before and after each class.
7. Build rapport with participants, promoting a friendly and inclusive community atmosphere.
Requirements:
1. Certification in Yoga, Pilates, or related fitness training (required).
2. Previous experience leading group fitness classes.
3. Strong knowledge of Yoga and Pilates techniques, as well as anatomy and physiology.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adjust exercises and routines for varying fitness levels and abilities.
6. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
