Our client, a leading Machinery Manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Aftersales Executive to join their team in Belfast. In this role, you'll drive the growth of aftersales business combining sales expertise with technical knowledge.
Your Role:
* Drive Sales: Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, secondary tooling to existing customers, identify and capitalise on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with marketing to promote aftersales efforts, develop quotes, content, campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring needs met. Provide accurate information exceptional service as go-to contact.
* Order Management: Manage end-to-end order process sending timely quotations entering orders CRM ERP systems ensure seamless communication between Operations Sales teams.
* Data Analysis Reporting: Use aftermarket tools analyse customer growth opportunities provide Head of Sales regular updates key performance indicators participate pricing activities analysing spending trends suggesting market pricing.
Your Essential Skills:
* Sales Experience (2-5 years required): Proven track record sales particularly within technical or industrial environment experience Pharmaceutical Life Science sectors ideal.
* Technical Aptitude: Ability quickly learn understand product range function benefits comfortable discussing technical details customers.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS: Strong interpersonal skills customer-first mindset adept building long-term relationships outstanding customer service.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent attention detail managing multiple tasks simultaneously comfortable working CRM ERP systems.
* Proactive Attitude: Self-starter taking initiative working independently achieving sales targets.
