Production Team Leader Job
This role is responsible for managing the Production Team to meet company objectives and key performance indicators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of operatives in line with company strategy and business plans.
* Identify and implement performance measures aligned to overall business strategy.
* Implement relevant sections of BRC and Customer food quality standards.
* Develop annual department goals and generate implementation plans.
* Assist in carrying out routine health and safety audits and training.
The Person:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a team leader/supervisory position.
* Previous experience of audits.
* Understanding of current Health & Safety legislation.
* The ability to control costs and work within a defined budget.
Requirements:
* A food qualification is preferred.
* An IOSH qualification is also preferred.
