This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.Key Responsibilities:Manage warehouse projects that will serve to advance the Warehouse and the Class A principles governing the Supply Chain Department.Lead cross-functional teams and influence other functions and departments to ensure appropriate prioritization and project management to meet the goals of warehouse capital projects.Manage the warehouse department systems and provide SME support, project management, emergency response, troubleshooting, and operational support for Patient Supply.Departmental lead of the critical warehouse projects, programs, and systems for Warehouse operations.Provides support in the coordination of all warehouse process-related operations activities within an assigned area consisting of multiple work environments.Support the governance of the warehouse compliance program ensuring the warehouse is always in an audit readiness state.Supports the development of warehouse strategies, goals, and objectives that ensure the department uses innovative master planning strategies and technologies.Capacity management of both working capacity and labor capacity models for current and future business growth.Develop and maintain governance for non-standard work requests relating to capital projects.Support business reviews with both internal and external customers and vendors.Deviation, CAPA & Change Control – support for any minor deviations, CAPA’s or Change Control as delegated by the Sr Manager Warehouse and Dispensary.Can act as support for the other Sr Associate Warehouse and Supply Chain Managers when they are unavailable.Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives using best-in-class problem-solving techniques (Operational Excellence, 6σ, LEAN).Experience and Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent.5 years pharma industry and/or warehouse experience.Project management experience and qualifications.End to End Supply Chain Planning Experience and Knowledge.Ability to analyze complex data and to communicate findings, knowledge share, and make recommendations.If interested in this posting please feel free to contact Rachel Kent at Life Science Recruitment for further information.
