We are expanding our team in Dublin due to continued growth and are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join us.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process on behalf of client companies. This includes sourcing high-level job opportunities, selecting the best candidates, and managing their process from interview preparation to offer and acceptance.
* Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing new candidates, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
* Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
* Collect vacancy briefs from clients to gain a full understanding of the vacancy requirements.
* Maintain exceptional customer service at all times, offering advice and consultative insights where possible.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, finance, sales, or a client-facing environment.
* Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
* The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
