About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join our team at B&Q Swords. The role is open to Job Share, Full Time or Part Time - Permanent arrangements, with a competitive salary package including bonus, pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example to build an inclusive culture for your colleagues and customers.
* Cultivate a high-performing team that can recommend the right finance, products, and installation options to fulfill customer projects.
* Manage people well every day and role-model great customer service to support their personal growth and development.
* Oversee the recruitment and induction of our installers to ensure the best level of service for our customers.
Required Skills and Experience
* A natural leader who can motivate and support a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing sales environment.
* A sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience and knowledge on how to promote products, services, and installation options.
* Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
